Ingredients:
Crust:
1/2 cup oat meal,
1 cup almond meal,
1/2 cup walnut meal,
6 tbsp almond milk,
1 tbsp maple syrup
Filling:
250 gr. spinach,
1 tbsp spirulina powder,
1 leek chopped,
1 cup almond meal,
2 tbsp nutritional yeast,
1 lemon juice,
Topping:
1 tbsp sesame seeds,
2 tbsp lingon flakes,
Provencal greens,
Broccoli.
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Pour a little bit coconut oil on to a 22 cm pan.
2. Mix crust ingredients in a food processor and stir until get sticky mixture.
3. Place mixture into the pan and press it with your hands or spoon and give a form to it. Set aside.
4. Place all filling ingredients in a food processor, mix on high until smooth. Pour the mixture onto the crust. Flatten out it.
5. Place into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until get brown color.
6. Decorate with sesame seeds, lingon flakes and provencal greens ( if desired.)
