Smoothie Rosa 🌸

Strawberry layer tastes like yogurt, slightly sour. The combination of ginger and lemon adds a wonderful tangy flavor. We also added maca adaptogen, it works by boosting the immune system and balancing hormones. It can support healthy energy levels and adrenal health. Tahini contains anti-inflammatory compounds and may strengthen your central nervous system, it goes perfectly inside the smoothie.

In the blackberry layer, we used carob which is very rich in calcium. Its compatibility with blackberry is great. In addition, the dates add a nice sweetness to this layer.
When combined with the strawberry yogurt layer, it is quite satisfying.

Why Rosa?
Rosa in swedish, a delicate color that means sweet, nice, playful, cute, romantic, feminine, charming, tenderness, kindness, compassion is associated with bubble gum, flowers, heart chakra, babies, cotton candy, sweetness and high vibrations. The color rosa is the color of universal LOVE of oneself and others 🙏🏻💓

The thing is imperfect. And worse, there is a crack in everything that you can put together. Looking for perfection in so many flaws will only wear you out. This doesn't mean that we should let go of everything and live a messy life or accept any conditions we are not satisfied with. We should always make enough effort for the change we want, just without exaggeration.

I recently saw a story of my friend Amanda @thefruitweirdo She talked about perfectionism. And it stopped her from doing many things in life. But since she figured out that it is sabotaging her success, she didn’t want perfection anymore, only wanted execution.
Amanda is a nutritionist who has adopted a raw vegan - fruit based diet, trained by Dr. Morse @robertmorsend and provides coaching. 🍉 If you haven't discovered yet, check her account. I’d like to give a shout-out her here, because there are really little wonderful people in this world who are doing great things and defintely deserves to be known.♥️
