Turmeric Latte ( Golden Milk )

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk ( or coconut or cashew milk)

1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder,

1/4 tsp ginger powder,

1 tsp maple syrup ( add more if you like sweet)

1/8 tsp cardamom or cinnamon powder,

1/2 tsp almond butter

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender.
  2. Shake or blend until the ingredients have completely blended.
  3. Pour it into a glass  and enjoy the drink as you heal your body.
  4. If you like it warm, heat the milk until luke warm.
