1 cup almond milk ( or coconut or cashew milk)
1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder,
1/4 tsp ginger powder,
1 tsp maple syrup ( add more if you like sweet)
1/8 tsp cardamom or cinnamon powder,
1/2 tsp almond butter
- Place all ingredients into your blender.
- Shake or blend until the ingredients have completely blended.
- Pour it into a glass and enjoy the drink as you heal your body.
- If you like it warm, heat the milk until luke warm.
