A large head celery (370 gr.)
1 larga cup bread crumbs,
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
1 yaki nori sheet
6-7 tablespoon olive oil to fry,
1/4 cup bread crumbs to coat.
1. Remove the skin of celery, place in a pot. Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice and cover with water. Bring to boil until soften.
2. Strain and place celery into the food processor, add bread crumbs and nori flakes. Mix on high speed until get a dough. If it is too wet or mushy add more bread crumbs. If too dry add water.
3.Form dough in sticks.
4. Coat with bread crumbles and then fry in pan with 4-5 tablespoon olive oil until golden color.
5. Serve with lemon, fried potatoes and vegan tartar sauce if desired.
