An extra tasty variation on chimichurri is when you mix in the wild garlic with tomato. Wild garlic with its slightly green garlic flavor fits perfectly in a spicy chimichurri. Then the possibilities are endless, chimichurri can be served with basically anything! I like mine on the top of avocado, pasta or pizza.


Ingredients:
50 g finely chopped wild garlic
3 tbsp finely chopped shallot
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
A handful finely chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 dl olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp chili flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
How to make?
- Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Finely chop the wild garlic, tomato and parsley. Place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss together. Enjoy!
