10-12 fresh baby potatoes (boiled then fried baby potatoes with olive oil in the pan)
150 g vegan creme fraiche
10 tbsp vegan seaweed caviar
1/2 cup sautéed chanterelle
Sliced baby radish
Körvel (danish parsley)
Plate potatoes with a couple of teaspoons of seaweed caviar, cream fraiche, garnish with radish, körvel and mushrooms.
