Easy Vegan Parmesan

Ingredients:

100 gr. raw cashew ( do not soak),

2 tablespoon organic nutritional yeast,

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,

1/2 teaspoon lemon powder,

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Place raw cashews into food processor, blend at high speed until get powder.
  2. Then add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, lemon powder and salt. Mix again.
  3. Place your parmesan powder into mason glass jar. Store in the fridge. It is perfect with salads and pasta. Enjoy!
