Ingredients:
100 gr. raw cashew ( do not soak),
2 tablespoon organic nutritional yeast,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon lemon powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
- Place raw cashews into food processor, blend at high speed until get powder.
- Then add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, lemon powder and salt. Mix again.
- Place your parmesan powder into mason glass jar. Store in the fridge. It is perfect with salads and pasta. Enjoy!
