Ingredients:
100 gr. hemp seeds,
1000ml. water,
1 date pitted,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
A pinch of salt.
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, blend on extra high-speed until well combined.
2. Using a cheesecloth strain the milk in a deep pot.
3. Trasfer it in a large jar. Keep in the refrigerator up to 4-5 days.
4. It is perfect with granola, smoothies or coffee. Serve cold for the best results!.
