200 ml. vodka
2 vanilla beans
1. Cut lengthwise each vanilla bean, split them in half using a sharp knife.
2. Place vanilla beans in a glass jar.
3. Cover with the vodka.
4. Give the bottle a good shake every once in a while.
5. Store in a dark cool place for 2 months or longer.
The extract will already be a medium amber color within 6 days. I will share the photos. (:
