Regrowing celery from stalks in front of the window is a fun and productive way to use the stem ends of celery. You’ll see remarkable results in days and if you want, you can transplant the celery outdoors and have a great harvest at the end of the growing season.
Here is the method:
1. Chop the ends off the celery.
2. In a large jar, add a bit water. Place celery in the jar. (Just cover the bottom with water.)
3. Let it place on a glass edge.
4. Keep your eye on plant for 2 weeks. And add water every 2 or 3 days if the water evaporates.
You will get final shots between two to three weeks.
