I’ve read that celery has an ability to create sweeping improvements for all kinds of health issues for a long time but didn’t’ take care it. We live in a world where people paint in glowing colours everything, It didn’t make any sense at first because there is always some big health trend everyone is talking about. It’s hard to know what actually works, and if it’s worth adding to your daily routine. But when I heard that two of my close friends tried celery juice every morning and felt incredibly good, I recently decided to join the celery madness!
What are the benefits of celery juice?
Celery is a major alkaline food. It restores your central nervous system, removes old toxins and poisons from your liver and helps to purify the bloodstream, aid in digestion, relax the nerves, reduce blood pressure, and clear up skin problems. Celery is rich in vitamin A, magnesium, and iron, which all help to nourish the blood. Celery juice is also rich in organic sodium content, meaning it has the ability to dislodge calcium deposits from the joints and hold them in solution until they can be eliminated safely from the kidneys. It is an effective natural diuretic, and along with its ability to flush toxins out of the body, it reduces bloated abdomens and edema, too.

-Take pure celery juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Why? Because it will strengthen your digestion of foods you eat for the rest of the day.
-If it is hard to drink it alone, you can add 1/2 lemon juice or cucumber and 400 ml water into your blender. The greatest benefits come when celery juice is consumed on its own. Adding any other ingredients to the juice will dilute it’s medicinal properties.
But it has strong taste for you, start to blend with cucumber until you get used to it.
-How much? 16 oz is ideal amount everyday. One large bunch typically makes 16 oz of juice

I felt an amazingly calming and relaxing effect on my mind, body, and emotions when i drank celery juice. So decided to write this post. I usually don’t find nice to recommend something to someone, because we are all different but there is one thing that is the same for all. Every day, our bodies are sending us signals about what is going on with our immune health through our hair, skin, inflammation, sleep, energy, cravings, etc. Our goal as individuals should be to find out what our body is telling us and listen intuitively to see what it needs. My experience with celery juice probably will not be the same as yours. My goal is to help nourish my body with the best food possible, and to live as much of a nontoxic lifestyle as possible.
