1 ripe avocado,
1/3 bunch cilantro,
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon green curry powder,
300-350 ml water,
Microgreens or sporuted grains or sauerkraut seeds to decorate,
A pinch of black pepper.
1.Place all ingredients into the food processor, mix on high speed until smooth.
2. If you need more water, go ahead and add it until the soup reaches a consistency you like.
3. Place into your bowl, decorate with microgreens and drizzle with lemon and sprinkle blackpepper if desired.
