200 gram peeled avocado,
1/4 tsp sea salt,
1/2 lemon juice,
1/2 small pink onion minced,
1 tbsp jalapeno or pickled jalapeno thinly sliced,
A pinch of black pepper,
1/4 tsp granule garlic,
1/2 medium tomato chopped.
1/2 tsp tabasco green sauce (optional)
Baby parsley leaves to decorate.
1. Place avocado, salt, garlic, peppers and lemon juice into the food processor mix on low speed.
2. Cut onion, tomato and jalapeno into very small pieces. Add them into the mixture and transfer in a medium bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves or red pepper flakes if you desired.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
