Pistachio Milk


100 gr. raw pistachio shelled, soaked at least 6 hours,

700 ml. filtered water,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom,

2 teaspoon maple ( optional)



1.Place soaked and drain pistachios into the food processor, add water and vanilla.

2.Mix on high speed until smooth.

3. Pour mixture through a strainer lined with nut milk bag into a bowl; discard solids (or reserve for another use).

4. Pour mixture in a glass bottle, add maple and cardamom. Shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
