Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh spinach juice,
1 cup risotto rice,
1 cup chanterelle mushrooms,
1/2 cup vegetable stock,
1/2 cup coconut milk,
3 tablespoon virgin olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic,
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
1 tablespoon tamari,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon tarragon.
Method:
1. Heat up a large skillet pan, add chanterelle mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, tarragon and tamari. Cook over medium- high heat occasionally stirring until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Wash and drain risotto rice. Transfer in a large pan, add vegetable stock, coconut milk and spinach juice. Cook on medium heat until creamy and tender.
3. Let it cool at least 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms on top.
4. Decorate fresh mint leaves. Serve warm!
Rejuvelac is a kind of vegan fermented liquid which is made of sprouted grains like wheat, quinoa, buckwheat, beans, lentils and it helps to get tangy and sharp taste in cheese. Each kind of grain produces rejulvelac with a slightly different flavour. For example you can fins quinoa a bit lemony.
When we soak grains until sprouted, we get a cloudy liquid that contanis lactobacillus bacteria which produces lactic acid. It usually takes 5-7 days. Rejuvelac will stay fresh for a week but it is always good to check before using.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsprouted raw whole grains,
2 cup water
Method:
1.Wash and drain your grains, place into a glass jar. Cover with filtered water.
2. Let your jar sit at room temperature away from direct sunlight for 6 to 8 hours.
3.Then drain the water. Rinse the grains a couple times. Drain water again and cover the top of jar with a cheesecloth or very thinly kitchen towel.
4.Let the grains sit at room temperature until sprouted, it takes about 1 to 2 days. Keep the grains from drying out by rinsing and draining them 2 to 4 times a day.
5.When your grains have started to sprout, rinse them one more time and drain well.
6.Fill your jar with filtered fresh water again. Let it ferment for 2 to 3 days.
7. When mixture started to ferment, you will see bubbles in the water. And then the water will seem cloudy. This is totally normal. when the mixture reach up to this, it is ready.
8.Strain the liquid into a new jar and keep in the refrigerator. It is ready to use for cultured cheese.
9. If you need more liquid, add more water in the jar to create second batch. It takes 1-2 days. Repeat the process for this. Keep your liquid and use sprouted grains in your salad.

Metod:
1. Sätt kamille och saponaria i en kruka. Tillsätt vatten och koka i en halvtimme. (Under kokningen kan det orsaka för mycket bubblor om det kommer i kontakt med luften, håll koll på ögonen.)
2. Efter en halvtimme, ta ut det från värmen och låt det svalna, låt det stängas i 12 timmar.
3. Stryk vattnet nästa morgon med hjälp av en ostklaff.
4. Lägg i natron och sandelträ olja i vattnet och blanda väl.

2. After half an hour, take it out of the heat and let it cool, leave it closed for 12 hours.
3. Strain the water the next morning with the help of a cheesecloth.
4. Add the baking soda and sandalwood oil into the water and mix well.
5. Your shampoo is ready, shake before use!

2. Yarım saat sonra ocaktan alın ve soğumaya bırakın, bir gece bu şekilde ağzı kapalı olarak kalsın.
3. Ertesi sabah bir tülbent yardımıyla suyunu süzün.
4. Süzdüğünüz suyun içine karbonatı ve sandal ağacı yağını ekleyin ve iyice karıştırın.
5. Şampuanınız hazır, kullanmadan önce çalkalayın.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon sweet almond oil,
1 tablespoon rosehip seed oil,
5 grams of organic cocoa butter,
10 grams shea oil,
5 drops of carrot seed oil,
10 drops of lavender oil,
20 drops of lemon oil,
4 tablespoons rose water.
Method:
1. Add cocoa butter and shea butter into the double boiler and melt. Transfer them in the blender.
2. Add all the essential oils and rose water and beat them at high speed.
Your creme is ready! Let it cool in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before using!
Ingredienser:
3 matsked söt mandelolja,
1 msk rosehip fröolja,
5 gram organiskt kakaosmör,
10 gram sheaolja,
5 droppar morotfröolja,
10 droppar lavendelolja,
20 droppar citronolja,
4 matskedar rosevatten.
Metod:
1. Tillsätt kakaosmör och sheasmör i dubbelkällan och smälta. Överför dem i mixern.
2. Lägg till alla eteriska oljor och rosevatten och slå dem med hög hastighet.
Din creme är klar! Låt det svalna i kylskåp minst 15 minuter innan du använder!

Yapılışı:
1. Kakao yağı ve shea yağını benmari usulu eriterek blendera aktarın.
2.Tüm esansiyel yağları ve gül suyunu üzerine ilave edip yüksek hızda çırpın.
Kreminiz hazır! Buzdolabında 15-20 dakika kadar beklettikten katılaşacaktır, ardından kullanabilirsiniz.

2 tablespoons of jojoba oil,
A large branch aloe vera (optional, it works for eye makeup)
4 drops of vitamin E
Method:
1. Cut off one of the biggest branches of the aloe vera plant, peel it, take the gel and throw the blender. Mix at high speed until you get a creamy texture. (If you do not use aloe vera, skip this step and mix other 3 ingredients to prepare your facial makeup remover)
2. Add jojoba oil, rose water and vitamin e to your blender and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bottle. Your makeup cleaner is ready. Shake before using! You can use your make up remover by pouring onto the cotton. No need to wash.
